Join Zana and Jennilee of WelcomeOm Studio for an intimate, 8-week container of Embodied Storytelling for Women. Together, we will learn how to connect to the language of the body while exploring different modes of self-expression and group conversation. Through somatic and creative practices such as poetry, drawing, movement, and sound, we will weave ritual and intuition, and turn storytelling into art. Alternating each week between a sharing circle and rooted practice, Zana and Jennilee will provide tools to help you bridge the conversation between your mind and body, while holding space as you connect deeply to your story within.
